Roll Call: Present: Supervisor McKerchie, Treasurer Luttenbacher,
Trustees:  Corba, Preseau, Ridley, Zinn
Absent: Clerk Scott
Previous Minutes: Moved by Corba, seconded by Luttenbacher to accept the minutes of the
November 19, 2001 meeting as presented.
All in favor
Bills: Bills in the amount of $174,868.51 were presented.  Moved by Corba,
seconded by Preseau to pay the bills in the amount of $174,868.51.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - McKerchie, Luttenbacher, Corba, Preseau, Ridley, Zinn
Nays - None Motion carried.
Sheriff's Report: For the month of November was presented by Sgt. Wilhelm.
Fire Authority Report: Was presented by Preseau.  CHMP will be the design group for the new Fire
Station.  The ground breaking should be this spring.
Supervisor's Report: Was presented by McKerchie.  There will be a Public Hearing for the 2002 Road
Bond Plan at the Dec. 17th meeting at 5:30.
Visitor's
to Address the Board: 1. Herb Nelson, 1385 Vienna Rd., supports the Used Car Lot Ord., but suggests
that 3 cars, per home, should be sold per year.
2. Thompson's Sales, N. Saginaw St., agrees that there is a need for the Used
Car Lot Ord., but feels the amount for the liablility is too high.
3. Steve Heyink, 2102 Dodge, would like to sell more than 2 cars a year.
4. Robert Jeffrey, 13251 McCumsey, asked how the Used Car Lot would be
monitored.
5. Tim Norton, 9228 Neff, disagrees with the Used Car Lot Ord.
6. Mike Anderson, 9363 Neff, agrees with the need for some restrictions on
vehicle sales, he would like a limit put only on the number of vehicles sold at
 one time.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
1. Used Car Lot Ordinance.   Moved by Corba, seconded by Preseau to table
Used Car Lot Ordinance. All in favor. Motion carried.
2. Park and Recreation - 5 yr. Plan, (Resolution No. 12-03-01-43).  Moved by Corba,
seconded by Zinn to adopt Resolution No. 12-03-01-43.

Nays - None Motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Transfer Community Funds from Glendale Ave. to Frances Road Paving, (Resolution
No. 12-03-01-44).  Moved by Corba, seconded by Zinn to adopt Resolution
No. 12-01-01-44.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - Preseau, Ridley, Zinn, McKerchie, Luttenbacher, Corba
Nays - None Motion carried.
2. Personnel Manual.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Ridley to adopt the Personnel
Manual.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - Zinn, McKerchie, Luttenbacher, Corba, Preseau
Nays - Ridley Motion carried.
