SUBJECT:		MINUTES OF VIENNA TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION
		NOVEMBER 26, 2001, AT THE VIENNA TOWNSHIP HALL,
		3400 W. Vienna Road, Clio, MI  48420.
PRESENT:		Vernon Curtis, Lee Garner, Scott Preseau, James Schweitzer,
		Ben Ranger, Gery Giltinan, Robert Palmer, Beverley Williams,
		Mary Johnson.
ABSENT:		Dale Frappier
PREVIOUS MINUTES:			Moved by Garner, seconded by Ranger to accept
			previous minutes as presented.
NEW BUSINESS:
Item 1.	Sean Keenan, Zoning Manager for Nextel Corporation,
	requested a Special Land Use Permit to construct a new Wireless
	Telecommunication Facility on property located at 4344 W. Frances
	Road, (Parcel No. 18-33-300-013).
	A.  Moved by Schweitzer, seconded by Ranger to set public hearing
	on December 10, with publication on November 28, 2001.
	Motion carried.
Item 2.	Discussion on  soil being removed at the Qualaity Pool
	construction site.  Bob Palmer stated that he considers that
	activity is a part of the construction permit and will stop when the
	occupancy permit is issued.
Item 3.    Moved by Schweitzer, seconded by Garner to adjourn at 8:10 P. M.
