Roll Call: Present: Supervisor McKerchie, Clerk Scott, Treasurer Luttenbacher,
Trustees:  Corba, Preseau, Ridley, Zinn
Absent: None
Previous Minutes: Moved by Preseau, seconded by Zinn to accept the minutes of the December
3, 2001 meeting as presented.
All in favor
Treasurer's Report: For November was presented by Luttenbacher.
Building Report: For November was presented by Palmer.
Bills: Bills in the amount of $71,631.81 were presented.  Moved by Corba,
seconded by Zinn to pay the bills in the amount of $71,631.81.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - Zinn, Ridley, Preseau, Corba, Luttenbacher, Scott, McKerchie
Nays - None Motion carried.
Addition & Changes:
Add No. 7, set date for Fire Hall discussion meeting
Library Report: Was presented by Zinn.
Amphitheater Report: Was presented by Zinn.
Parks & Recreation: Was presented by Corba.  Corba stated that Park & Rec. will reapply for the pool grant.  The
Annual meeting will be held Feb. 14, 2001 at Thetford Twp.
Metropolitan Alliance: Was presented by Luttenbacher.  The I-69/I-75 Intermodal Study, Phase I will be completed
in January 2002 and Phase II is well underway.
Fire Authority: Was presented by Preseau.  The Authority made the reccommendation to take the funding
proposals to Vienna Twp., City of Clio and Thetford's boards to review.
Supervisor's Report: Was presented by McKerchie.  There will be a meeting in January for the Zoning Master Plan.
Visitors to Address the Board:
1. Tim Elder, 13481 Neff, asked if the road rebuilding will include ditches.
2. Harold Gross, 14158 Neff, wondered when the paving will start.
3. Jerry Powers, 4480 Frances Rd., lives on the dividing line and wondered if Mt. Morris Twp
will be paying for part.
4. Gary Ridley, 12083 Webster, asked if there is ditching done, would the Township guarantee
that the water will flow.
5. Herb Nelson, 1403 Vienna, was concerned if there will be recourse with the contractors if the
ditches don't drain.
6. Denny Sanborn, 5211 Field, wondered if residents would be assesed for the roads.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. 2002 Road Plan.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Luttenbacher to adopt the 2002 Road Plan,
not to exceed $3,543,500.00.
