Previous Minutes: Moved by Corba, seconded by Ridley to accept the minutes of the August 5, 2002 
meeting as presented. All in favor
Treasurer's Report: Was presented by Luttenbacher.
Building Report: Was presented by Palmer.
Bills: Bills in the amount of $20,081.05 were presented.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Ridley to
approve the bills in the amount of $20,081.05.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - Zinn, Ridley, Preseau, Corba, Luttenbacher, Scott, McKerchie
Nays - None Motion carried.
Amphitheater Report: Was presented by Zinn.
Fire Authority: Was presented by Preseau.
Supervisor's Report: Was presented by Supervisor McKerchie.  The road program is underway.
Senior Resort: Was presented by Ridley.
Visitor's to Address the Board:
1. Richard Taylor, 545 Allen St., invited everyone to the ice-cream social, August 25, 2002
from 1 to 5 p.m.
2. Michael Myers, 1167 Wilson, felt that it was a conflict of interest that Doerr is the attorney
representing Vienna Twp. And Mr. Edson in a rezoning case.
3. Herb Nelson, 1385 Vienna, thanked the Sheriff's Dept. for patrolling Vienna Rd. and asked
that they continue.
Unfinished Business:
1. Proposed rezoning ordinance for property located next to 10508 N. Saginaw, 1st reading.
Moved by Corba, seconded by Scott to suspend from the reading. All in favor
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Educational request for Carrie Bock.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Luttenbacher to allow
Bock to attend the educational class.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - Ridley, Preseau, Corba, Luttenbacher, Scott, McKerchie Zinn
Nays - None Motion carried.
2. Proposed rezoning ordinance for 3299 Pine St. from split zoned to the entire property to be
rezoned RU-1, 1st reading.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Ridley to suspend from the 
reading. All in favor
3. Township Officer's salary, Res. No. 08-19-02-19.  Reducing the Supervisor's position to
part-time.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Zinn to adopt Res. No. 08-19-02-19.

Nays - None Motion carried.
4. Traffic Regulation of the Clio Area School Properties in Vienna Twp. Resolution No.
0-19-02-20.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Preseau to adopt Resolution No. 08-19-02-20
subject to approval of the Clio School Board.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - Corba, Luttenbacher, Scott, McKerchie, Zinn, Ridley, Preseau
Nays - None Motion carried.
5. Fire Truck Discussion.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Scott to donate the fire truck and
advertise the donation in the MTA magazine.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - Luttenbacher, Scott, McKerchie, Zinn, Ridley, Preseau, Corba
Nays - None Motion carried.
6. Vienna Rd. Sewer Discussion.  After much discussion it was decided to talk to the State  
and see if they will help pay for the repair or construction.  There will be further discussion
at the next meeting.
