| Sheriff's Report: | For the month of December was presented by Sgt. Wilhelm. | ||||||||
| Library Report: | Was presented by Zinn. | ||||||||
| Amphitheather Report: | Was presented by Zinn. Zinn stated that there was a profit of $143,000.00 for the | ||||||||
| year of 2001. The Amphitheater is looking at putting up a lighted message sign at | |||||||||
| the Amphitheater entrance. | |||||||||
| Parks & Recreation: | Was presented by Corba. | ||||||||
| Fire Authority Report: | Was presented by McKerchie. McKerchie stated that the BDA has agreed to give | ||||||||
| financial participation in the amount of $30,000.00 per year for the next ten years | |||||||||
| to help build the new Fire Station. | |||||||||
| Senior Report: | Was presented by Ridley. Ridley is going to pursue getting someone from the | ||||||||
| Jobs Bank to help clean the Senior Center. | |||||||||
| Supervisor's Report: | Was presented by McKerchie. First reading of the Used Car Lot Ord. will be at | ||||||||
| the Feb. 4th meeting. Genesee County Water and Waste is increasing the sewer | |||||||||
| and water rates by 7 - 9%, approximately $1.00 or $2.00. The Skate Board park | |||||||||
| should be open by Memorial weekend. McKerchie was elected Chairman of | |||||||||
| Roads and Bridges. | |||||||||

| 1. | Pension Plan, Final Reading (Ordinance No. 330). Moved by Corba, seconded by | ||||||||
