Previous Minutes: May 28, 2002, Moved by Preseau, seconded by Ridley to approve the minutes as 
presented. All in favor
May 30, 2002, Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Zinn to approve the minutes as
presented. All in favor
June 3, 2002, Moved by Preseau, seconded by Ridley to approve the minutes as 
presented. All in favor
Treasurer's Report: For May, was presented by Luttenbacher.
Building Report: Was presented by Palmer.
Bills: Bills in the amount of $20,295.95 were presented.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Preseau
to pay the bills in the amount of $20,295.95.

Nays - None Motion carried.
Sheriff's Report: Was presented by Sgt. Wilhelm.
Library Report: Was presented by Zinn.
Amphitheater Report: Was presented by Zinn.
Metropolitan Alliance: Was presented by Corba.
Fire Authority: Was presented by Luttenbacher.
Supervisor's Report: Was presented by Supervisor McKerchie.  There will be a 4-way stop installed at Jennings
and Wilson Roads in July.
Visitor's to Address the Board:
1. Kathy Taylor, 545 Allen, SHIP'S raised approximately $650.00.
2. Cindy Hicks, 9102 Genesee, asked if there was a $100,000.00 or $200,000.00 CD
in the Fire Authority audit.
3. Dave Wojahn, Dave & Teri's Towing, asked if Road Side Towing has workmen's compen-
sation?
4. Kathy Taylor, 545 Allen, would like people to contribute to the community.
5. Roger Hicks, 9102 Genesee, would like people to keep their personal comments to 
themselves.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Cemetery Pillars.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Luttenbacher to accept the bid of 
$1,980.00 from Ben's Excavating to remove the 7 pillars and to put in footings.

Nays - None Motion carried.
2. Comcast Acceptance Agreement, Resolution No. 06-17-02-14.  Moved by Corba, seconded
by Zinn to approve Resolution No. 06-17-02-14.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - Preseau, Corba, Luttenbacher, Scott, McKerchie, Zinn, Ridley
Nays - None Motion carried.
3. Mike Manor, Ss Charles & Helena Road Race, Sept. 4, 2002 6:30 p.m., Resolution 
No. 06-17-02-15.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Preseau to adopt Resolution 
No. 06-17-02-15.   
ROLL CALL: Yeas - Corba, Luttenbacher, Scott, McKerchie, Zinn, Ridley, Preseau
Nays - None Motion carried.
4. Silver Creek Estates, street lighting.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Scott to open the 
public hearing at 6:06 p.m. All in favor.
Public hearing closed at 6:10 p.m.
Moved by Corba, seconded by Preseau to create a Special Assessment District for the 
Silver Creek Estates street lighting and to send out the paperwork to be voted on.
All in favor.
5. 2002 Dust Control Program,  Moved by Corba, seconded by Ridley to enter into an agree-
ment with the G.C. Road Commission for the 2002 Dust Control Program at the cost of
$8,304.00.

Nays - None Motion carried.
