Roll Call: Present: Supervisor McKerchie, Clerk Scott, Treasurer Luttenbacher 
Trustees:  Corba, Preseau, Ridley, Zinn
Absent: None
Previous Minutes: Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Corba to accept the minutes of the May 20, 2002 as
presented with the correction that April 30, 2002 Treasurer's report was given at that time
and under new business No. 1, Corba voted yes and there were no nays.
Bills: Bills in the amount of $13,585.42 were presented.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Zinn to
pay the bills in the amount of $13,585.42.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - Zinn, Ridley, Preseau, Corba, Luttenbacher, Scott, McKerchie
Nays - None Motion carried.
Senior Report: Was presented by Ridley
Correspondence:
1. Sanitary Sewer connection quarterly report as of April 2002 stated 4,602 hook-ups to the
sewer system.
2. The Crane family thanked the Township for having the tree cut down in West Vienna 
Cemetery.
3. A letter was sent to Chief Bronson, from The 100 Club of Flint, stating that they approved a   
grant for $7,880.00 to purchase Pass Alarms.
Supervisor's Report: Was presented by Supervisor McKerchie.  The Township will be using a camera to deter-
mine if there is a sewer problem on Vienna Road.  Brody Webber will be appointed as 
Deputy Supervisor .
Visitor's to Address the Board:
1. Brenda Heyink, 2101 Dodge, feels that she's being harassed about her yard because she
has recall sign in her yard.
2. Bernie Dieterle, 3141 Lake, would like the Used Car Lot Ordinance looked into more.
3. Kathy Taylor, 545 Allen, stated that if someone has a complaint, they should complain in
writing.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. ProScape estimate,  Moved by Corba, seconded by Preseau to accept Proscapes bid for
$4,463.00.

Nays - Ridley Motion carried.
2. Streetlighting, 10360 & 10347 Ataberry, (Resolution No. 06-03-02-11).  Moved by Corba, 
seconded by Preseau to adopt Resolution No. 06-03-02-11.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - Preseau, Corba, Luttenbacher, Scott, McKerchie, Zinn, Ridley
Nays - None Motion carried.
3. Streetlighting, Silver Creek Estates, set Public Hearing for June 17, 2002.  Moved by Scott
seconded by Zinn to set a Public Hearing for June 17, 2002, Streetlighting for Silver Creek
Estates. All in favor
4. McLaren Medical Center, (Resolution No. 06-03-02-12).  Moved by Scott, seconded by
Corba to adopt Resolution No. 06-03-02-12.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - Corba, Luttenbacher, Scott, McKerchie, Zinn, Ridley, Preseau
Nays - None Motion carried.
5. Easement Right of Way, (Resolution No. 06-03-02-13)  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded 
by Corba to adopt Resolution No. 06-03-02-13.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - Luttenbacher, Scott, McKerchie, Zinn, Ridley, Preseau, Corba
Nays - None Motion carried.
Comments from the Floor:
1. Herb Nelson, 1385 Vienna Rd. thanked the Sheriff's Department for patrolling Vienna Rd.
2. Kevin Dodge, 522 Poplar, wants everyone to know that the Clio Area Fire Department does
not support the recall.
3. Phil Harrison, 2423 Wilson, stated that the Township does not need a $2,800,000.00
Fire Hall.
4. Brenda Heyink, 2101 Dodge, agrees that there is a need for a fire hall, but not at that cost.
Moved to adjourn at 6:15 p.m.
