Previous Minutes: Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Zinn to accept the minutes of the March
4, 2002 meeting as presented.
All in favor
Treasurer's Report: For February 28, 2002 was presented by Luttenbacher
Building Report: For February was presented by Palmer
Bills: Bills in the amount of $16,764.63 were presented.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by 
Ridley to pay the bills in the amount of $16,764.63.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - Zinn, Ridley, Preseau, Luttenbacher, Scott, McKerchie
Nays - None Motion carried.
Amphitheather Report: Was presented by Zinn.  The mailer for the Amphitheather will go out this week.
Parks & Recreation: There will be a Public Hearing concerning the proposed Pool grant on April 11, 
2002, at 6 p.m., at Vienna Township.
Senior Report: Was presented by Ridley.    
Correspondance: Clerk Scott read an update from Genesee County Water and Waste.  There are now 4,562
hook-ups to the sanitary sewer in Vienna Twp.
Supervisors Repport: On April 1st there will be the Public Hearing at Vienna Township for the proposed Special 
Assessment.
Visitor's to Address the Board:
1. Dave Wojahn, 12433 Webster, commented regarding an issue with the Supervisor and
Sgt. Wilhelm, G.C. Sheriff Dept.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:  Assistant Fire Chief, Gary Domerese gave a report on the Clio Area Fire Authority
2001 - 2002 Budget. 
NEW BUSINESS:
Moved by Scott, seconded by Zinn to rescind the motion made at the February
meeting that a full board be present to vote on the Fire Hall contract.

Nays - Corba Motion carried
1. Public Hearing to discuss the proposed pool grant.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by
Ridley to open the public hearing at 5:57 p.m. All in favor
Visitors to Address the Board:
Chuck Hall, 12415 Neff, asked why pay for a pool when the school has a pool
available.
Public hearing closed at 6:07 p.m.
2. Stair lighting for Amphitheater.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Corba to approve the
expenditure of $5,000.00 for stairway lighting at the Amphitheater.

Nays - None Motion carried.
3. Construction Ordinance No. 333, final reading.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Preseau to 
adopt Ordinance No. 333.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - Preseau, Luttenbacher, McKerchie, Scott, Zinn, Corba, Ridley
Nays - None Motion carried.
4. Building Inspection Deposits, Resolution No. 03-18-02-05. Moved by Corba, seconded by
Preseau to adopt Resolution No. 03-18-02-05.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - Luttenbacher, McKerchie, Scott, Zinn, Corba, Ridley, Preseau
Nays - None Motion carried.
5. Telecommunications Permit Agreement.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Ridley to adopt
the agreement.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - McKerchie, Scott, Zinn, Corba, Ridley, Preseau, Luttenbacher
Nays - None Motion carried
