		Trustees:  Corba, Preseau, Ridley
	Absent:	Zinn
Previous Minutes:		Moved by Corba, seconded by Ridley to accept the minutes of the April 1, 2002
		meeting as presented.			All in favor.
Treasurer's Report:		For March was presented by Luttenbacher
Bills:		Bills in the amount of $27,939.29 were presented.  Moved by Corba,
		seconded by Preseau to pay the bills in the amount of $27,939.29.
		ROLL CALL:	Yeas - Ridley, Preseau, Corba, Luttenbacher, Scott, McKerchie
			Nays - None		Motion carried.
Sheriff's Report:		For the month of March was presented by Sgt. Wilhelm.
Parks & Recreation:		Was presented by Corba.  The next meeting will be on May 9, 2002, 6:00 p.m. at
		McCormick Park.  On May 24th at 3:00 p.m., there will be a Ribbon Cutting
		Ceremony for the Skate Park.
Metro Alliance:		Was presented by Corba.
Fire Authority Report:		Was presented by  Preseau.  The following people were unaminously appointed
		to the following positions:
			Fire Chief	…………	James Bronson
			Asst. Chief	…………	Gary Domerese
			FA Chair	………….	Tom Needham
			Vice Chair	………….	Henry Jacobi
			Treasurer	………….	Duane Hammond
Senior Report:		Was presented by Ridley.  April 18, 4 - 8 p.m. there will be Celebrity Servers at the
		Clio Area Big Boy to raise money for the Senior Housing Interest Project.
Supervisor's Report:		Was presented by McKerchie.  In 2 to 3 weeks the road project should be up for
		bids.
Visitor's Address the Board:
		Mike Gardner, Flushing Twp. Introduced himself and stated that he is running
		for State Representitive.
NEW BUSINESS:
	1.	Treasurer's Professional Development Retreat.  Moved by Corba, seconded by
		Ridley to allow the Treasurer to go to the retreat.
		ROLL CALL:	Yeas - Scott, Corba, Luttenbacher, Scott, McKerchie, Ridley
			Nays - None		Motion carried.
	2.	Library Board 2002 - 2003 Budget.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Preseau to
		approve the Budget.
		ROLL CALL:	Yeas - Corba, Luttenbacher, Scott, McKerchie, Ridley, Preseau
			Nays - None		Motion carried.
	3.	Interlocal Agreement - Clio Area Skate Park.  Tabled until next meeting.
	4.	Comcast Internet Discussion
Comments from the Floor:
	1.	Dave Wojahn, 12433 Webster, spoke of his displeasure with Supervisor and
		one of the Trustees.
	2.	Dick Taylor, announced that on May 11, 8 - 12, there will be a City clean-up day.
		Volunteers welcome.
