Roll Call: Present: Supervisor McKerchie, Clerk Scott, Treasurer Luttenbacher, 
Trustees:  Corba, Preseau, Ridley, Zinn
Previous Minutes: Moved by Corba, seconded by Ridley to accept the minutes of the April 15, 2002
meeting as presented. All in favor
Bills: Bills in the amount of $330,593.13 were presented.  Moved by Corba,  seconded by
Ridley to pay the bills in the amount of $209,354.68 and vote on paying No's. 330, 
in the amount of $121,238.45, separately.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - Zinn, Preseau, Corba, Luttenbacher, Scott, McKerchie
Nays - Ridley Motion carried.
Moved by McKerchie, seconded by Luttenbacher to pay items #330 in the amount of 
$121,238.45.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - Preseau, Luttenbacher, McKerchie, Zinn
Nays - Ridley, Corba, Scott Motion carried.
Amphitheater Report: Was presented by Zinn.
Park and Rec.: Was presented by Corba.  The next meeting will be held May 9th, 6 p.m. at 
McCormick Park.
Senior Report: Was presented by Ridley.  June 14 & 15 will be the SHIP's rummage sale.  Donations
are being accepted.
Supervisor's Report: The Auditors will be at the next Board meeting to answer questions about the audit.
Visitor's 
to Address the Board: 1. Herb Nelson, 1385 Vienna Rd., requested extra police patrols on Vienna Rd.
He also asked what item will be taken out of the budget to pay bill No. 330.
He wanted to go on record that he does not support the recall effort.
2. Kathy Taylor, thanked all the celebrity servers that served at Big Boy.
She feels that the recall effort is ridiculous.
3. Dan Allen, 1143 Wilson, hopes that the Board will deny the rezoning of  
property  next to 10508 N. Saginaw.  He is not in favor of the recall.
4. Mike Myers, 1167  Wilson, has concerns about the traffic in the area if the
rezoning is passed.
5. Tim Edson, All-Fab Weld, stated that he has tried to work with the neighbors
concerning his business.
6. Steve Heyink, 2102 Dodge, feels that All-Fab Weld should be able to expand
the business and feels that the sign ordinance should be enforced.  He 
supports the recall.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. West Vienna Cemetery, tree removal.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Corba to hire
Ford  Tree Service to remove two trees from West Vienna Cemetery.
ROLL CALL:  Yeas - Preseau, Corba, Luttenbacher, Scott, McKerchie, Zinn, Ridley
          Nays - None Motion carried.
2. Clio Area Fire Department Parade.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Preseau to block
off Vienna Rd. Thursday, July 11, 2002, between 6 & 9 p.m. All in favor
3. VFW request to sell poppies, May 9,  10, 11.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Ridley
to allow the VFW to sell poppies. All in favor
4. Elections Accreditation for Clerks, 1 day.  Moved by Corba, seconded by 
Luttenbacher to allow Clerk Scott to attend the Accreditation Class.

          Nays - None Motion carried
5. Senior Center Week Proclamation.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Zinn to proclaim
May 12 - 18, 2002 Senior Center Week. All in favor
6. Trolly Line Trail agreement.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Zinn to send the agree-
ment to Park & Rec. Board for their recomendation. All in favor
7. Proposed rezoning ordinance, 18-25-526-011, first reading.  Moved by Corba,
seconded by Zinn to suspend from the reading. All in favor
8. Shriners request to sell onions.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Corba to allow the 
Shriners to sell onions. All in favor.
Moved to adjourn at 6:30
