Absent:  Clerk Scott
In the absence of Clerk Scott, Ridley was made Acting Clerk
Previous Minutes: Moved by Corba, seconded by Preseau to accept the minutes of the September 16, 2002 
meeting as presented. All in favor
Building Report: Was presented by Palmer.
Bills: Bills in the amount of $53,537.73 were presented.  Moved by Corba, seconded by 
Luttenbacher to approve the bills in the amount of $53,537.73.

Nays - None Motion carried.
Additions:
1. Report from Palmer on the sewer problem at the Township.
2. Resolution No.10-07-02-23, Performance and Idemnification.
Amphitheater Report: Was presented by Zinn.
Correspondence: Cynthia Bryan presented a letter stating her reasons for being against paving Webster.
Supervisor's Report: Was presented by Supervisor McKerchie.  
Visitor's to Address the Board:
1. Dave Wojahn, 12433 Webster, asked what is the interest rate on the loan to pave the roads.
2. Donna Westcoat, 2176 Vienna, is against the proposed rezoning of the property for Little 
Caesars.
3. Steve Heyink, 2102 Dodge, asked where the water line on Dodge Rd. is going and who is
paying for it.
4. Lyle Langworthy, asked if all the roads were going to be paved?
5. Herb Nelson, 1385 Vienna, is not satisfied with the ditch lines on N. Saginaw.
6. Cynthia Bryan, 10302 Webster, had questions about the grading permits.
7. Beth Leach gave a presentation on the Relay for Life walk.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Palmer presented the Board with a report on the sewer problem with the Township.
Moved by Corba, seconded by Luttenbacher to accept the bid of $19,244.00 from Waldorf,
and have them reverse the plumbing, run it out the back and hook into the Industrial Park.  
The cost will not include clean-up.

NEW BUSINESS:
1. Renew 2002-2003 Fang Agreement, Lt. Rick Aro spoke about how FANG works.  Moved by
McKerchie, seconded by Preseau to sign the agreement with FANG for 2002 - 2003.

Nays - Ridley Motion carried
2. Appreciation Dinner, Moved by Corba, seconded Ridley to participate in the MTA
Appreciation Dinner.

3. Educational request for the Dep.Treasurer.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Luttenbacher to
allow Breckenridge to attend the class.

4. Fire Truck Donation.  Moved by Corba, seconded byZinn to donate the fire truck to Bruce
Township, Chippewa County.

5. Set Public Hearing for October 21, 2002 to discuss the 2003 budget.  Moved by Corba,
seconded by Luttenbacher to set the Public Hearing for October 21, 2002, 5:30 p.m. at the
Vienna Township Hall. All in favor
6. 2002 Water Service Fees Schedule Ordinance, No. 336.  Moved by Corba, seconded by
Luttenbacher to adopt Ordinance No. 336.

7. Proposed rezoning ordinance for property located next to Deke's Concrete, 18-03-400-044, 
from split zoned C-2 and RA to C-2.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Zinn to adopt Ord. 337.

8. Multiple Sewer Connection Resolution, No. 10-07-02-22.  Moved byCorba, seconded by
