Roll  Call:	Supervisor McKerchie, Treasurer Luttenbacher,
	Trustees:  Zinn, Ridley
Absent:	Clerk Scott, Preseau
Late:	Corba
Moved by Zinn, seconded by Tony to appoint Ridley as Acting Clerk.							All in favor
The meeting was called to order to discuss the proposed addition of land to the drainage
district for the Langdon, Barnes Extension of #0406 Drain established in Vienna Township.
Add land to the drainage district for the Langdon, Barnes Extension of #0406 Drain established in
Vienna Township and have the Developer incur all expenses,  Resolution No. 03-22-02-05.  Moved by
Zinn, seconded by Luttenbacher to adopt Resolution No. 03-22-02-05.
ROLL CALL:	Yeas - Luttenbacher, Zinn, McKerchie, Ridley
	Nays - None						All in favor
Motion made, seconded and voted on before Corba arrived.
Moved to adjourn at 8:50
