Roll Call: Present: Supervisor McKerchie, Clerk Scott, Treasurer Luttenbacher, 
Trustees:  Corba, Preseau, Ridley, Zinn
Absent: None
Previous Minutes: Moved by Corba, seconded by Luttenbacher to accept the minutes of the January
23, 2002 meeting as presented. All in favor
Treasurer's Report: The year end investment report was presented by Luttenbacher. 
Bills: Bills in the amount of $18,309.34 were presented.  Moved by Corba, 
seconded by Preseau to pay the bills in the amount of $18,309.34.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - Zinn, Ridley, Preseau, Corba, Luttenbacher, Scott, McKerchie
Nays - None Motion carried.
Sheriff's Report: Was presented by Sgt. Wilhelm.
Parks & Recreation: Was presented by Corba.  The Annual meeting will be held on Feb. 14, 2002 at Thetford.
Senior Report: Annual 2001 report was presented by Ann Anderson, Senior Director.
Correspondence: 1.  Robert Sanborn, spoke in support of Fire Hall.
2.  Denny Sanborn, Quality Pool is in support of the Fire Hall.
3.  David Gage, Kindred Spirit is in favor of the Fire Hall.
4.  Patrick McGuire, Farm Bureau Ins. Agent is in support of the Fire Hall.
5.  Maplewood Manor Administration, 13137 N. Clio, supports the Fire Hall.
6.  Fay Latture, Superintendent of Schools, is in support of the Fire Hall.
Supervisor's Report: Was presented by Supervisor McKerchie. The flashers at Garner School and at Clio and
Frances Road are in the process.  Final changes on the proposed Used Car Lot Ordinance
will be made at the March 4th meeting.  The estimated cost from McKenna Associates for the new Fire Hall is 2.6
million dollars, plus the cost of land.  The new Fire Station is designed to last 50 years or    
more.  The Business Development Authority  is giving $300,000.00 towards the new station.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Remove Field Road Special Assessment.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Luttenbacher to 
dispense from the reading.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - Ridley, Preseau, Corba, Luttenbacher, Scott, McKerchie, Zinn
Nays - None Motion carried.
2. Operation of Public Sewer Ordinance, 1st reading.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Ridley
to dispense from the reading. All in favor
3. Water Supply System Ordinance, 1st reading.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Luttenbacher
to dispense from the reading. All in favor
4. Used Car Lot Ordinance, 1st reading.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Preseau to dispense
from the reading. All in favor
5. Special Assessment District, Fire Hall, Public Hearing (Resolution No. 02-04-02-04).  Moved
by Corba, seconded by Zinn to open the Public Hearing at 5:55 p.m. All in favor
Chief Bronson gave a presentation on the Fire Station.
Comments from the Floor:
Approximately 22 people spoke regarding the new Fire Station.
Public hearing closed at 7:37 p.m.
Moved by Corba, seconded by McKerchie to adopt Resolution No. 02-04-02-04, A Reso-
lution tentatively declaring it's intent to create a Special Assessment District of the entire
Charter Township of Vienna.
Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Corba to ammend the Resolution to state, for 
the purpose of raising money to build a building for the housing of fire equipment.  In para-
graph 3 to read the same and to change the meeting date to April 1, 2002.  
If the full board is not present it will be postponed.
