CLIO AREA FIRE AUTHORITY

SPECIAL MEETING

JUNE 26, 2002

7:30AM

 

 

Chairperson Needham called the meeting to order at 7:30am.

 

 

 

Members present: Tom Needham, Scott Preseau, Tony McKerchie, Henry Jacobi,

                             Paul Luttenbacher, Duane Hammond, and John Rivett.

 

Absent:       Verlin Morningstar.

 

Also Present:         Chief Jim Bronson, Asst. Chief Gary Domerese, and Sue McGlinchey.

 

New Business:       Interest payment on Pierce Aerial, $ 23,463.73.

                             Sue McGlinchey presented an explanation and letter from National

                             City Bank, and recommended the Board write a check in the amount

                             of $ 23, 463.73 to cover interest owed to date.

 

Motion by McKerchie, seconded by Hammond to pay the interest. Roll call vote. All ayes, motion carries.

 

John Rivett, new Authority Board member from the City of Clio said he was happy to

be on the Board.

 

 

Meeting was adjourned at 7:40am.
