CLIO AREA FIRE AUTHORITY

                                                       MINUTES

 

 

 

 

Chairperson Tom Needham called meeting to order at 6:00pm.

 

 

Members present:  Tom Needham,  Scott Preseau, Henry Jacobi, Verlin 

                                 Morningstar, Carmon Fox, Paul Luttenbacher, and Mike Zinn.

 

Absent:                    Tony McKerchie and Duane Hammond.

 

Also present:           Chief Jim Bronson, and Asst. Chief Gary Domerese.

 

Visitors:                   Auditor Steve Kidd, Sue McGlinchey, Retired Fire Chief Tom 

                                 Campbell,  several firemen and residents.

 

 

 

Comments from Visitors included:

 

Roger Hicks asked about a check.

 

Dave Wojahn asked about the security cameras, and pass alarms

 

Cindy Hicks asked about the bookkeeping presentation.

 

Tom Campbell spoke on the need for security at the stations.

Phil Harrison said he wanted firemen to have the best equipment available and talked about FOIA information.

 

Cindy Hicks questioned signatures on checks.

 

 

At this point the meeting became confrontational. Motion by V. Morningstar, seconded by C. Fox to adjourn the meeting.   Roll call vote. All ayes.
