| 1. | Herb Nelson, 1385 Vienna, asked for volunteers on May 17, 2003, 8 a.m., to help clean up | |||||||||
| a residents home. If you are interested you can call Mr. Nelson. | ||||||||||
| 2. | Audrey Howell, 1385 Vienna, stated that the Toaster Tourney Foundation is having a Garden | |||||||||
| clean up party from 12 - 3 on June 1, 2003, . She is asking for volunteers to do some | ||||||||||
| landscaping around the Tacoma Waterfalls | ||||||||||
| Unfinished Business: | Cost estimate for Jennings Road rehabilitation. It was decided to have more discussion | |||||||||
| at the next meeting. | ||||||||||

| 4. | Storage building for the BDA. Moved by Corba, seconded by Preseau to have the Township | |||||||||
| pay for 1/2 of the cost a 60' x 40' storage building, not to exceed $20,000.00, considering | ||||||||||
| the BDA collects bids from local contractors and goes with the lowest bidder. | ||||||||||

| 5. | Man hole cover repair. Different problems were identified and it was decided to have Rowe | |||||||||
| come to the Board with a recomendation, not to exceed $100,000.00 and to present it at the | ||||||||||

| 7. | West Nile Virus. The Township would like to work with the City of Clio in treating the West | |||||||||
| Nile Virus. They would like to have the City treat all of the catch basins in the Township, if | ||||||||||
| as long as the City is certified to do so. It was decided to get more information and a cost | ||||||||||
| estimate and discuss it further. | ||||||||||
| Public Comment: | ||||||||||
| 1. | Herb Nelson, 1385 Vienna, feels that we can control most of the mosquitoes by not allowing | |||||||||
| so many ponds in the Township. | ||||||||||
| 2. | Roy Seary, 4215 Wilson, would like to see the catch basins at the school treated. | |||||||||
