Trustees:  Corba, Preseau, Ridley, Zinn
Previous Minutes: Moved by Corba, seconded by Preseau to accept the minutes of the May 5, 2003, 
meeting as presented. All in favor
Treasurer's Report: Was presented by Luttenbacher
Bills: Bills in the amount of $11,035.29 were presented.  Moved by Corba, seconded by 
Luttenbacher to approve the bills in the amount of $11,035.29. All in favor
Additions: Mr. & Mrs. Beach, pond request
Library Report: Zinn reported that the board accepted the new audit.

Public Comment:
1. Herb Nelson, 1385 Vienna, stated that he was asked to Chair the Arts & Rec meeting.
The board will be discussing blight, urban sprawl, and restoring historical sites in town.
2. Bill Carpenter,13114 Bunker Ct., urged the board to reconsider passing a Resolution to
turn off the water for residents when they leave town.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Cops grant.  Sheriff Pickell informed the board about the Cops Grant.  Moved by Ridley,
seconded by Scott to postpone until the next meeting. All in favor
2. Township Flag.  Deputy Supervisor Webber presented 3 designs.  It was decided to get
the costs and bring the information back to the next meeting.
3. 2003 Road repair program.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Corba to spend up to $125,000.00
to repair Farrand (near Elms), 1 mile of Webster, patches of Jennings and 1 mile of 
Linden.

Nays - None Motion carried
4. Auditors presentation.  Tad Harburn from Dupuis & Ryden stated that Vienna Twp.'s
budget continues to improve.
5. Mr. & Mrs. Beach, pond request.  The Beach's requested approval to let the State dig a
pond on their property for the sand.  Due to time restraints, they are asking to by-pass the
Planning Board and have the Township Board approve the request.  It was decided to have 
the Beach's get all the paperwork together, and the Township send out notices to residents
within 300', publish, confer with the Pond Committee and bring it back to the next meeting.
Moved to adjourn at 7:15 p.m.
