| Supervisor's Report: | McKerchie stated that Genesee County will be raising the water rates approximately 38% | |||||||||
| starting, June 1, 2003. | ||||||||||
| Public Comment: | Ann Marshall, 11290 Neff Rd., spoke about her concerns with Neff Rd. | |||||||||
| Unfinished Business: | ||||||||||
| 1. | Cost estimate for Jennings Rd. rehabilitation, Dodge to Wilson. It was decided to hold off | |||||||||
| until there is more information. | ||||||||||
| 2. | Mosquito control. Moved by Corba, seconded by Luttenbacher to enter into an agreement | |||||||||
| with the City of Clio to treat the catch basins on public property for mosquito control. The | ||||||||||
| Township will pay 1/2 the cost, not to exceed $5,000.00. | ||||||||||

| ed by Corba to form a volunteer committee of Vienna Twp. Residents to look at all aspects | ||||||||||
| of the Fire Authority. The first meeting will be held on June 19, 2003, at 6 p.m. Jerry | ||||||||||
| Stadler will facilitate the first meeting and then the committee will elect their own | ||||||||||

| 2. | Authorization for Annual Pig Roast, 9/6/03, and Graduation Party, 5/17/03, at Pine Run | |||||||||

| the Township's maintenance problems until the Twp. Can purchase its own machines. | ||||||||||
| 8. | 2003 Dust Control program. Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Corba to allow the | |||||||||
| Genesee County Road Com. To apply a second application of chloride to the roads. The | ||||||||||
| Road Com. Will pay for the 1st application and the Township will pay for the 2nd treatment. | ||||||||||
