Previous Minutes: Moved by Corba, seconded by Preseau to accept the minutes of the January 6, 2003, 
as presented. All in favor
Treasurer's Report: Was presented by Luttenbacher
Building Report: Was presented by Palmer
Bills: Bills in the amount of $60,654.15 were presented.  Moved by Corba, seconded by 
Ridley to approve the bills in the amount of $60,654.15.

Nays - None Motion carried.
Sheriff's Report: Was presented by Sgt. Wilhelm.
Library Report: Was presented by Zinn.
Amphitheater Report: Was presented by Zinn.
Park & Rec. Report: Was presented by Corba.
Metro Alliance: Was presented by Corba.
Supervisor's Report: Was presented by McKerchie.  The pool grant was not approved.  The light on Jennings and
Vienna will be adjusted and a blinking light has been approved for the intersection of 
Saginaw and Wilson Rds.  The Township is also working with the state about the light on
Linden and Vienna.
Public Comment: Herb Nelson, Vienna Rd., is encouraged with the growth of the township.  He would like the
residents to be able to vote at the next election on whether the Supervisor's job should be 
full time or not.  He would also like the support of the board and the community to improve
 resident's homes in the community.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Educational request for Robert Palmer.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Zinn to allow Palmer
to attend the BOCA educational conference.

Nays - None Motion carried
2. Citizen's Advisory Board appointment.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Luttenbacher to 
appoint Kevin Lonsway to the Citizen's Advisory Board. All in favor
3. Planning Commission appointment.  Moved Corba, seconded by Preseau to table.
4. Sign Board of Appeals appointments.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Luttenbacher to
appoint the following people to the Sign Board of Appeals:

5. Sports Complex lease agreement.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Zinn to enter into a 
lease agreement with the Clio Area Youth Sports Complex Board, Inc. with the address to
state 1495 Hurd Road and the starting date to be February 1, 2003.

Nays - None Motion carried
6. Proposed rezoning ordinance of LLM properties, vacant property, 18-17-400-039 from RSA
to C-2, 1st reading.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Preseau to suspend from the reading.
All in favor
7. Proposed rezoning of 8 properties on W. Vienna Rd., from RU-1 to C-2.  Moved by Corba
seconded by Zinn to direct the rezoning back to the Planning Commission. All in favor
Moved to adjourn at 6:30 p.m.
