| Public comment: | ||||||||||
| 1. | Don Lee, 11344 Sunset, is against the rezoning of the property and would like to keep it | |||||||||
| single family housing. He is also against the exit onto Sunset. | ||||||||||
| 2. | Mike Dolloff, 11500 Colonial Woods, spoke of his concerns with more traffic on the roads. | |||||||||
| He would like to see more roadways for the project. | ||||||||||
| 3. | A resident of Colonial Woods would like to see single-family condos rather than multi-family | |||||||||
| units. He would also like another road outlet. | ||||||||||
