| Treasurer's Report: | For September, was presented by Luttenbacher. | |||||||||
| Building Report: | Was presented by Palmer. | |||||||||
| Bills: | Bills in the amount of $17,481.72 were presented. Moved by Corba, seconded by | |||||||||
| Luttenbacher to pay the bills. | ||||||||||

| Fire Authority: | Was presented by Luttenbacher. | |||||||||
| NEW BUSINESS: | ||||||||||
| 1. | Compensation for Boards. Moved by Scott, seconded by Corba to pay the following: | |||||||||
| Any person who Chairs the following boards : Planning, ZBA, Park and Recreation, Sign | ||||||||||
| Board of Appeals and Regional Planning - $50.00 per meeting. | ||||||||||
| Any Acting secretary that attends and does the minutes on non-Township time - $50.00 per | ||||||||||
| meeting. | ||||||||||
| Any secretary that attends and does the minutes on Township time - $45.00 per meeting. | ||||||||||
| Any Township trustee or employee that attends a Township authorized meeting - $45.00 | ||||||||||
| per meeting. | ||||||||||
| These changes will become effective January 1, 2004. | ||||||||||
| 2. | Attorney being present at meetings. After discussion, it was decided not to have an | |||||||||
| attorney attend every Board meeting. It was suggested that all attorney questions be | ||||||||||
| given to the Supervisor in writing and he will present them to the attorney. | ||||||||||
| 3. | Auditor's Dupuis & Ryden. Moved by Corba, seconded by Luttenbacher to retain Dupuis | |||||||||
| & Ryden as Township auditors for one more year. | ||||||||||
