| Chairperson Curtis opened the meeting at 6:00pm. | |||

| Minutes: | Motion by Giltinan, seconded by Garner to approve the minutes of 7-28-03 as | ||
| presented. All ayes, motion carries. | |||
| Master Plan: Future land use map as printed. | |||
| Additions/Chgs: | None. | ||
| Communications: | 1. Chairperson Curtis reminded everyone about the MTA night on September 20th. | ||
| 2. Chairperson Curtis announced that this was Scott Preseau's last meeting on the | |||
| Planning Commission. He will be replaced by Kathy Ridley, but will remain her | |||
| alternate. | |||
| Petitions: | 1. Set Public Hearing for Jennifer Kagen, 12572 N. Saginaw Rd. Special Land Use. | ||
| Motion by Garner, seconded by Preseau to set the Public Hearing for Jennifer Kagen | |||
| for September 8, 2003. Voice vote. All ayes, motion carries. | |||
| 2. Set Public Hearing for Kevin Marsee Rezoning of 18-22-100-007/008. | |||
| Motion by Garner, seconded by Ranger to set the Public Hearing for Kevin Marsee | |||

| New Business: | Bob Palmer presented the Board with a proposed nuisance ordinance written by our | ||
| Attorney Peter Doerr. There will be a step in the process, before going to court, that | |||
| the defendant will be able to appeal to the Planning Commission, then the second | |||
| step will be the Zoning Board of Appeals. The thought is that not so many cases | |||
| will go to court. | |||

| Change: | The Board considered Article V, RMC Multiple Family Condominium Residential | ||
| District. | |||
| In Permitted Uses in AG it calls for 10 acres for public or private stables. Presently | |||
| residents are permitted to have a horse with three (3) acres and the Board would like | |||
| to add that provision to the new ordinances in AG and RSA. | |||
