| Chairperson Curtis opened the meeting at 6:00pm. | |||||

| Reports: | Ben Ranger reported that he has been appointed to the Genesee County Economic | ||||

| Text Chgs: | Article 18, section 1800. | ||||
| Bob Palmer said he was meeting with Claude Coates from Vilican LeMan next | |||||
| week and he would take the changes the Commission wants to him at that time. | |||||
| He has some changes to Article 18 that is being reviewed tonight. He said that the | |||||
| minimum lot size should go from 80" wide to 90' wide in R-1. If a lot has sewer and | |||||
| water it can be smaller. The maximum height of structures in all zones needs to be | |||||
| raised to 45' except multi family should be 65', and C 2 & 4 should be 80'. | |||||
| He also said that the total floor area and the ground floor area should be raised to | |||||
| 1040', which is the same as HUD requires. | |||||
| Mr. Coates has renamed our zoning districts and Bob will see if we can keep our | |||||
| current names with a few additions. | |||||
| Other than these few changes the Commission was happy with this section. | |||||
| Discussion on the Sign Ordinance. No one seems to be happy with ordinance, it is | |||||
| hard to read, and the Commission hopes to make it more user friendly. | |||||
