Roll Call:	Present:	Supervisor McKerchie, Clerk Scott, Treasurer Luttenbacher
		Trustees:  Corba, Preseau, Ridley, Zinn
Previous Minutes:		Moved by Corba, seconded by Luttenbacher to accept the minutes of the December 15,
		2003 meeting.						All in favor
Bills:		Bills in the amount of $18,722.86 were presented.  Moved by Corba, seconded by
		Preseau to accept the bills.
		ROLL CALL:	Yeas - Zinn, Ridley, Preseau, Corba, Luttenbacher, Scott, McKerchie
			Nays - None					Motion passed
Comments:		1.	Mary Ann Dipzinski, 10211 Clio, thanked the Fire Authority and everyone
			who voted to purchase the new fire truck.  Dipzinski's feels that the store was
			saved because of the new truck and the great work of the Fire Department.
		2.	Steve Heyink, 2101 Dodge,  would like to see the trailers that are in disarray in
			South Creek Trailer Park cleaned up.
NEW BUSINESS:		MTA Conference.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Luttenbacher to allow the Board to
		attend the January MTA Conference in Lansing, and have the Township pay the cost.
		ROLL CALL:	Yeas - Ridley, Preseau, Corba, Luttenbacher, Scott, McKerchie, Zinn
			Nays - None					Motion passed
