ACTING CHAIRPERSON LUTTENBACHER opened the Board meeting at 5:30 p.m. with roll call and the Pledge
		to the Flag.
Roll Call:		Present - Luttenbacher, Preseau, Ridley, Zinn
		Absent - Supervisor McKerchie, Clerk Scott, Corba
ACTION TAKEN BY THE BOARD:
	*	Approval of the minutes
	*	Approval of the bills
	*	Approved educational request for the assessor.
	*	Approved selling the 1967 Fire truck for the top bid of $6,099.00.
	*	Adopted resolution to establish an Industrial Development District for 10085 and 10101
		North Saginaw St.
	*	First reading of Rezoning Ordinance for properties 10085 and 10101 N. Saginaw Rd.
ADJOURNMENT:  Acting Chairperson Luttenbacher adjourned the meeting at 6:28 p.m.
