Minutes: Moved by Zinn, seconded by Ridley to approve the November 15, 2004
minutes as presented. All in favor
Treasurer's Report: Luttenbacher presented the report for October, 2004.
Bills: Bills in the amount of $14,734.33 were presented.  Moved by Luttenbacher,  seconded by 
Ridley to approve the bills.

Public Comment: Ann Anderson, Senior Center Director, stated that the Flint Foundation donated 4
computers to the Center.  The computers will be used to process taxes.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Chip Holcmbe and Janice Karcher, G. C. Growth Alliance, spoke about how the Alliance
can help municipalities achieve a growth agenda. Moved by Fuller, seconded by Lutten-
bacher to invest $5,000.00 in 2005, to have the Growth Alliance pursue a growth agenda
for Vienna Township.

2. John Roy and John Mantei, Senior Housing Pilot, Vienna Road.  Moved by Zinn, seconded
by Ridley to give John Roy and John Mantei a letter of approval from the Township.
 
Public comment:
1. Vickie Price, 1404 Vienna Rd., asked what is the zoning in the area and 
stated she is against the project.
2. A resident on Schonborn stated that they were against the project.
3. Audry Howell, 1385 Vienna Rd., would like to keep the area with single family 
units and is concerned that there would be more noise.
4. Doug Hislope, spokesman for the Condo Association would like to have 
membership meeting and return to the Township with their concerns.
5. Herb Nelson, 1385 Vienna Rd., stated that there are other areas more suitable 
for Senior Housing.
6. Developer John Roy spoke of what would be available to the seniors at the 
complex.
7. Jerri Young does not want the Township to give approval for the project.

3. 2005 Board meeting dates.  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Ridley to approve the
dates. All in favor
4. 2005 Planning Commission meeting.  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Zinn to approve
the dates. All in favor
5. 2005 Holiday schedule.  Moved by Scott, seconded by Fuller to approve the Holiday 
schedule. All in favor
6. Board appointments.  Moved by Taylor, seconded by Zinn to approve the board appoint-
ments. All in favor
7. Cool Cities conference.  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Ridley to allow Zinn to go to
the conference in Lansing at the cost of $85.00.

the resolution.

Vienna Road.

19. Architectural survey for 2136 Vienna Road.  Moved by Ridley, seconded by McKerchie to
