Trustees:  Corba, Preseau, Ridley, Zinn
Previous Minutes: Moved by Corba, seconded by Zinn to accept the minutes of the February 2, 2004 meeting
with the correction on the Senior report stating that there were 2 Brainstorming sessions
and 1 Public meeting to discuss the possibility of a new Senior Center. All in favor
Treasurer's Report: Was presented by Luttenbacher.
Building Report: Was presented by Palmer.
Bills: Bills in the amount of $55,154.64 were presented.  Moved by Corba, seconded by 
Zinn to accept the bills.

Nays - None Motion passed
Changes: Remove No. 8, Toshiba, because we did not receive the information yet.
Library Report: Zinn stated that the Library's new hours are Monday thru Thursday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
and Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Amphitheater Report: Was presented by Zinn.
Park & Recreation: Was presented by Corba.
Metro Alliance: Was presented by Corba.
Fire Authority: Preseau stated that the Fire Authority received a grant to purchase the 911 radios.
Barry Wolf introduced himself as a Democratic candidate for the Office of Prosecutor.
Senior Report: Director Ann Anderson presented her 9th Annual report for 2003.
Supervisor's Report: McKerchie stated that the Township will be working on a Strip Bar regulation ordinance.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Biking for Burns, Road Rally, Resolution No. 03-01-04-33.  Moved by Corba, seconded by
Luttenbacher to approve the resolution.

2. Michigan Emergency Management Assistance Compact, Resolution No. 03-01-04-34.
Moved by Corba, seconded by Preseau to adopt the resolution.

Nays - None Motion passed
3. Clio Area Fire Authority 2004/2005 Budget.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Luttenbacher
to approve the budget.

4. Mt. Morris - Vienna Township Joint Sewer contract.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Ridley
to enter into the Joint Sewer Contract.  Vienna shall pay Mt. Morris $8,479.20  in exchange
for the receipt of 12 initial units.  Additional units of capacity, up to 24 units will be 
transferred by Mt. Morris to Vienna.  Upon the transfer, Vienna shall pay to Mt. Morris the
balance of the contract price or $158,985.10.

5. Extra 2004 Community Development funds.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Preseau to
use the excess 2004 CD funds for the purpose of a Senior Center project.

6. Architectural service bids for proposed Senior Center.  Moved by Corba, seconded by 
Ridley to start the bid process for the proposed Senior Center.  The Senior Center Comm-
ittee will look over the bids and make their recommendation to the Township Board.

7. Summer 2004 resurfacing projects.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Zinn to accept the 
proposals to resurface Jennings Rd., Field to Lake and Wilson Rd., Webster to Linden.

Nays - None Motion passed
8. Toshiba. Removed due to lack of information.
