| for the receipt of 12 initial units. Additional units of capacity, up to 24 units will be | |||||||||
| transferred by Mt. Morris to Vienna. Upon the transfer, Vienna shall pay to Mt. Morris the | |||||||||
| balance of the contract price or $158,985.10. | |||||||||
