Previous Minutes: Moved by Corba, seconded by Luttenbacher to adopt the minutes from the March 15, 2004
meeting. All in favor
Moved by Corba, seconded by Zinn to adopt the minutes from the March 30, 2004,  Special
meeting. All in favor
Building Report: Was presented by Palmer.
Bills: Bills in the amount of $11,254.90 were presented.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Lutten-
bacher to omit bill number 107 for the amount of $38.00 for a Planning/Zoning guide.  Corba
paid for the guide on 4/5/04.

Sheriff's Report: Was presented by Wilhelm.
Correspondence: A letter from Realtor Lonny Gregory was presented to the board.  The letter spoke of Mr.
Gregory's concerns on the properties on Saginaw Road, parcel numbers 18-25-400-004
and 18-25-400-005.
NEW BUSINESS:
5. Saginaw Road properties, Resolution No. 04-05-04-37.  Janice Karchen, Growth Alliance,
spoke of her support of the resolution.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Preseau to adopt
the resolution with removing "WHEREAS, the Manufacturing plant should bring 75 to 100
jobs to the area".

1. 2004 Dust Control Program.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Zinn to enter into the program
with 38% Calcium Chloride at $0.41/gallon and an Alternate-Calcium Magnesium
Chloride at 0.16/gal.  The estimate was based upon a spread rate of 2,000 gallons per
mile for 7.84 mile.  One treatment for the Sports complex will be added.

2. Bike path maintenance.  It was decided that the Township will do it's own maintenance.
Moved by Zinn, seconded by Corba to allow the Supervisor to authorize repairs and main-
tenance of the path with the costs not to exceed $1,000.00 per repair.  The Supervisor
will inform the Board of all expenses.

3. Fire Truck.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Preseau that when the new fire truck is available,
the 1964 grass truck will be put out for bids on Ebay, with a minimum bid of $5,000.00 and
a reserve of $10,000.00.  It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to transport the truck.

4. Purchase plotter (mop printer).  It was decided to make a decision on the plotter when more
information is obtained.  It may be worked into the next budget.
