Trustees:  Corba, Preseau, Ridley, Zinn
Previous Minutes: Moved by Corba, seconded by Ridley to accept the minutes from the April 19, 2004
meeting. All in favor
Bills: Bills in the amount of $19,102.78 were presented.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Preseau
to approve the bills.  It was decided to only $3906.50 to Peter Doerr (bill number 22). 
$237.50 will be paid by the BDA.  The new amount of the bills is $18,865.28.

Building Report: Was presented by Palmer.
Additions: Tad Harburn, Dupuis and Ryden, 2003 Audit
Extra Deputy for June, July and August
Correspondence: Scott read a letter that was sent to Henry Hatter, from Attorney Brian Barkey.  The letter
stated that Thetford Township does not wish to participate in discussions with respect to
a Senior Center or Police Service.
Public Comment: Kathy Taylor thanked the Board for fixing the pothole in the Senior Ctr. Parking lot.
NEW BUSINESS:
* Special use provisions of Zoning ordinance to regulate Sexually Oriented Business,
Ordinance No. 347, final reading.
Attorney  Doerr was present to explain the ordinance and answer questions.  It was decided
to make some changes in the ordinance and to bring it back to the board.
* Senior Center Committee recommendation for an Architect.  Moved by Corba, seconded by
Ridley to accept the Senior Center Committee's recommendation to have CHMP design
the new Senior Center.

* 2003 Audit, Moved by Zinn, seconded by Luttenbacher to accept the 2003 Audit as 
as presented.  
After discussion, it was moved by Corb, seconded by Ridley to table.

* Senior Center Week Proclamation.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Preseau to proclaim
May 9 - 15, 2004 as Senior Center Week. All in favor
* Senior Center Assistant.  The director will present a job description to the Board and the
matter will be discussed at a later date.
* Golf cart purchase for the Special Deputies.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Corba to 
purchase a golf cart for the Special Deputies with the price not to exceed $3,000.00.

* 2004 Summer resurfacing projects.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Luttenbacher to approve
the aditions to the project, at the cost of $45,145.00.  The additions include Vaughn,
Denise and Raymond Drives, 2" cap, and approving the associated engineering fees.

* Engineering proposal for Sanitary sewer master plan.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by
Luttenbacher to hire Rowe Engineering to complete the Sanitary Sewer Master Plan for
the cost of $23,700.00.

* Hire an extra Deputy for June, July and August.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Preseau to
hire the Deputy for the cost not to exceed $19,482.00.  There is an adjustment to the cost
of the amount of weeks in the 3 months.
