Previous Minutes: Moved by Corba, seconded by Preseau to accept the minutes from the May 3, 2004
meeting with the spelling correction of Corba's name. All in favor
Treasurer's Report: For April, was presented by Luttenbacher
Bills: Bills in the amount of $19,370.80 were presented.  Moved by Corba, seconded by 
Luttenbacher to approve the bills.

11.  Planning Commission recommendation
Sheriff's Report: For April, was presented by Sgt. Wilhelm.
Library Report: Zinn reported that the library received a grant for $1060.00.  The money will be used for
a "Teen Corner".
Amphitheater Report: Was presented by Zinn
Park & Rec. Report: Corba stated that they will reschedule a date for the Park Clean-up.
Fire Authority Report: Preseau stated that five firefighters were hired for Station One.
Senior Center Report: The Senior Center Committee is working on getting a Board of Directors.  The next meeting
will be held at 10 a.m., on June 3, 2004, at the Vienna Township Hall.
Supervisor's Report: The Township is asking for extra Community Development Funds that may be available.
Public Comment:
1. Randy Taylor, 5156 Vienna, asked if the properties on Linden Road are going to be 
developed?
2. Herb Nelson, 3185 Vienna, stated that the Senior Center Committee is working on a
developing a Board of Directors for the Center.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. World War II Veterans Recognition Day Proclamation.  Clerk Scott read a WWII Veterans
Recognition Day Proclamation.  The proclamation declared May 29, 2004 "World War
II Veterans Recognition Day in our community.
2. Sanitary Sewer project, Vienna Road - Jennings to west Clio City limits.  Moved by Zinn,
seconded by Corba to enter into an agreement with Rowe to incorporate the project into the
construction plans recently completed for the section of sanitary sewer from Jennings Rd.
to Nichols Dr.

3. Fixed asset capitalization policy.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Zinn to adopt the policy.

4. Rezoning ordinance, Part of 5171 Field Rd., 18-17-400-036, (1.85A), from RSA (Residential

Zinn to suspend from the reading. All in favor
5. Rezoning ordinance No. 347, 11324 N. Linden Rd., 18-21-100-14, from RSA to C-2, final
reading.  Moved by Corba, seconded by Preseau to adopt the ordinance.

11. Planning Commission recommendation discussion.  The Planning Commission requested
that a moratorium be placed on rezoning.  The Township Board did not agree on the 
moratorium.
