CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF VIENNA
	PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
	OCTOBER 25, 2004
	Chairperson Curtis opened the meeting at 6:00pm. And led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present:	Vernon Curtis, Doug Chilson, Gery Giltinan, Kathy Ridley, John Krieger,
	Ben Ranger, Robert Palmer, and Mary Johnson.
Absent:	Max Schweitzer.
Minutes:	Motion by Ranger, seconded by Chilson to approve the minutes of 9-27-04 as
	presented. All ayes, motion carries.
Additions/	None.
Changes:
Communications	None.
Reports:	None.
Petitions:	1. Loyd & Elizabeth Camehl, 11440 N. Saginaw Rd. Rezoning.
	Mr.or Mrs. Camehl were not present.
	Motion by Krieger, seconded by Ridley to table this request until November 8th, and
	to call and remind the Camehl's to be present. All ayes, motion carries.
	2. Creek's Edge Final Site Plan.
	Bob Palmer represented the applicant and said all the permits are approved and the
	owner has signed a letter concerning the bike path across the property and Mr.
	Palmer recommends approval.
	Chairperson Curtis opened comments to the audience. No comments.
	Chairperson Curtis opened comments to the Board.
	There was some discussion on whether Bob should represent this petition.
	Bob was asked for a completion date and said probably in the spring.
	Motion by Krieger, seconded by Ranger to approve Creek's Edge Phase II, including
	the bike path letter, as presented.
	Roll call vote. All ayes, motion carries.
Unfinished:	None.
New Business:	1. Set Public Hearing for Graf/Church rezoning.
	Secretary Giltinan read the Notice of Public Hearing.
	Motion by Giltinan, seconded by Ridley to set a public hearing for Graf/Church
	rezoning on November 8, 2004. All ayes, motion carries.
	The meeting was adjourned at 6:35pm.
