| Chairperson Curtis opened the meeting at 6:00pm and led the Pledge of Allegiance. | |
| Present: | Vernon Curtis, Ben Ranger, Doug Chilson, Max Schweitzer, John Krieger, and |
| Kathy Ridley. | |
| Absent: | Gery Giltinan, who was excused. |
| Minutes: | Motion by Schweitzer, seconded by Ranger to approve the minutes of June 14, 2004 |
| as presented. All ayes, motion carries. | |

| Petitions: | 1. Set Public Hearing for Mark Avery, vacant land on N. Saginaw Rd. 18-24-400-030 |
| to construct a driving range. | |
| The Notice of Public Hearing was read, with a publish date of June 30, 2004, hearing | |
| to be held on July 12, 2004. | |
| Motion by Ranger, seconded by Ridley to set the Public Hearing date for Mark Avery | |
| for July 12, 2004 at 6:00pm. Roll call vote. All ayes, motion carries. | |
| Unfinished Bus. | 1. Discussion on Proposed Ordinances. |
| It was decided that the Private Road Ordinance will say: | |
| True Condos will own the roads, with no private road agreement. | |
| Site Condos will have public streets or a private road agreement. | |
| Multi-Family will own the roads. | |
| Multiple businesses will have private roads or streets. | |
| Other residential development with individual lots will have private roads or streets. | |
| 2. Discussion on Zoning. | |
| Discussion between the current zoning map, the proposed zoning map and the | |
| Master Plan. What changes to make and where. Bob said the new zoning map is | |
| what should be implemented with the addition of the most current zoning changes. | |
