CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF VIENNA
	PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
	MARCH 8, 2004   6:00PM
	Chairperson Curtis opened the meeting at 6:00pm and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present:	Vernon Curtis, Gery Giltinan, Ben Ranger,  Doug Chilson, Max Schweitzer, John
	Krieger, Bob Palmer, and Mary Johnson.
Absent:	Kathy Ridley.
Minutes:	Motion by Ranger, seconded by Schweitzer to approve the minutes of  2-09-04
	as presented.  All ayes, motion carries.
	Motion by Ranger, seconded by Chilson to approve the minutes of 2-23-04 as
	presented. All ayes, motion carries.

Unfinished Bus.	None.
New Business:	1. Change regular meeting date from March 22, 2004 to March 29, 2004. This will
	allow the  proper notification time without having an extra meeting.
	2. Motion by Giltinan, seconded by Ranger to set a Public Hearing for Nations Pond
	on March 29, 2004. All ayes, motion carries.
	Secretary Giltinan read the Notice of Public Hearing.
	3. The Pond Committee will visit the proposed pond site on March 23rd at 3:00pm.
	4. Chairperson Curtis reminded everyone about the Regional Planning Meeting on
	March 16th at 6:00pm. He encouraged everyone to attend.
	The meeting was adjourned at 6:30pm.
