Senior Center Committee Meeting

Kathy Taylor, Ann Anderson, Henry Hatter

Introduction of Sally Shaheen Joseph (new City of Clio Administrator)

Introduction of persons present

Discussion of forming sub-committees took place. Discussed committees for site, finance, etc. Two ideas transpired:

One:   Do not divide into sub committees yet. Have the whole committee look at sites.

Two: Think about what was said about having sub-committees and discuss again, later.

The following architects, were voted on and approved to interview:

                   Ted HU Associates

                   CHMP Inc.

                   Park McPherson

                   Grainger Assoc.

April 27^th and 28^th will be scheduled for interviews.

Time of interviews are as followed:

 Tuesday, April 27^th              9:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:30 p.m.

Wednesday, April 28^th        9:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:30 p.m.

Make recommendation to the Vienna Township Board and the City of Clio Commissioners May 3^rd.
