Roll Call: Present: Supervisor McKerchie, Clerk Scott, Treasurer Luttenbacher
Trustees:  Fuller, Ridley, Taylor, Zinn
Minutes: Moved by Zinn, seconded by Luttenbacher to approve the December 20, 2004
minutes as presented. All in favor
Moved by Ridley, seconded by Zinn to approve the Committee of the Whole meeting
minutes held on December 20, 2004 as presented.
Additions: THA proposal for Fire Station.
Bills: Bills in the amount of $11,912.75 were presented.  Moved by Luttenbacher,  seconded by 
Ridley to approve the bills.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - McKerchie, Scott, Luttenbacher, Fuller, Ridley,Taylor, Zinn
Nays - None Motion passed
Public Comment: Herb Nelson, Vienna Rd., would like the Sexually Oriented Business Ordinance explained
when it comes up on the agenda.
Roy Seary, Wilson Rd., would like more attention paid to the streetlights that are burned
out.  He would also like the timing on the light at Jennings and Vienna checked.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Fay Latture, Superintendent of Clio Schools, gave a presentation on "Common Grounds"
and the progress that it has made.
2. Hardship guidelines for 2005.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Luttenbacher to approve the
2005 guidelines.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - Luttenbacher, Fuller, Kathy, Randy, Zinn, McKerchie, Scott
Nays - None Motion passed
3. Amendment to Special Use provisions of Zoning Ordinance to Regulate Sexually Oriented
Business Ordinance, first reading.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Luttenbacher to suspend
from the reading. All in favor
4. THA proposal, Fire Station.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Taylor to spend up to $7,000.00
for a Schematic Design package.  This will be the Township's commitment at this time
until the Township is assured the funding and agreements are in place to proceed.  This
is also an agreement between THA and Vienna to use THA for the Fire Station project.
