Minutes: Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Zinn to approve the March 7, 2005 minutes.

Treasurer's Report: Luttenbacher presented the February 31, 2005 report.
Bills: Bills in the amount of $54,277.95 were presented. It was decided not to pay the bill to
Burnham & Flower for the amount of $42,808.00.  The Township is in the process of 
negotiating a price.  The new amount of the bills is $11,469.95.  Moved by Luttenbacher,
seconded by Zinn to approve the bills.

NEW BUSINESS:
1. Public Hearing, Fire Hall funding project.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Ridley to open the
public hearing at 5:34 p.m.

Nays:  None Motion passed
Don Lee, THA spoke of the recommendations of the Citizens Building Committee.  The 
estimated cost will be $1,945,000.00.
Public comment: 1. Chuck Howell, 12415 Neff, asked how the Township was going to pay for the 
station.  Since the BDA is contributing money towards the station, he asked
what would happen if the BDA disbanded.  Howell wants to be able to vote on
building the station.
2. Phil Harrison, 2423 Wilson, does not want to be forced in to building the fire
station.  He would also like a chance to vote on the subject.
Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Zinn to close the public hearing at 6:05 p.m.

2. National Crime Victims Week, Resolution No. 03-21-05-66.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by
Luttenbacher to approve the resolution and make April 10 - 16, 2005 "National Crime
Victims Week".

3. Educational request for Carol Thompson, Deputy Clerk.  Moved by Taylor, seconded by
Ridley to allow the Deputy Clerk to attend the class in Lansing.

4. Amend Downtown Development plan Ordinance, 1st reading.  Moved by Luttenbacher, 
seconded by Zinn to suspend from the reading. All in favor
5. Zoning Ordinances, Articles 1 thru 29, Ordinance No. 363.  Moved by Luttenbacher, 
seconded by Ridley to adopt the Ordinance.

7. Rezoning Ordinance, 12251 N. Saginaw, Parcel 18-14-400-021, from C-2 ( Commercial) to

by Luttenbacher to adopt the Ordinance.

8. Public Hearing for special assessment for street lighting in the Phase II Centennial Oak

by Zinn to open the public hearing at 6:12 p.m.

Road waterman from Edgerton School to Vienna Road, approximately .5 mile, at the
approximate cost of $260,000.00.
