	PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
	JANUARY 24, 2005
	Chairperson Curtis opened the meeting at 6:00pm.and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present:	Vernon Curtis, Doug Chilson, Mike Zinn, Gery Giltinan, John Krieger, Ben Ranger,
	Max Schweitzer, Robert Palmer, and Mary Johnson.
Absent:	None.
Minutes:	Motion by Zinn, seconded by Chilson to approve the minutes of 1-10-05 as
	presented. All ayes, motion carries.

Comm:	None.
Petitions:	1. Set Public for Margaret Inman rezoning request.
	Secretary Giltinan read the Notice of Public Hearing and made the motion to set the
	hearing for February 28, 2005, seconded by Zinn. All ayes, motion carries.
