Trustees:  Fuller, Ridley, Zinn, Taylor
Previous Minutes: Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Zinn to approve the November 20, 2006 minutes as presented.
All in favor
Bills: Bills in the amount of $6,085.62 were presented.  Moved by Scott, seconded by Ridley to
approve the bills.

Changes Move number 7, to the beginning of the agenda.
Public 1. Dan Allen, 1143 Wilson, stated his concerns with Monster Auto.  The salvage yard is not complying
Comment: with the noise ordinance.  The residents have an injunction with Mr. Hetzer stating that no junk can be
kept in front of the gate and there is constantly junk in front of the property.  The fence that Mr. Hetzer
was ordered to install by the township is not finished yet.  Mr. Allen would like the township to check
to make sure that the fence is in the correct place.  Many residents are unhappy with the junk and
glass that end up in their drives and roadways.
New Business:
7. Prosecuting Attorney, moved by Fuller, seconded by Zinn to contract with Attorney Leo Carey for one
year, beginning January 1, 2007.  Mr. Carey will charge a flat annual rate of $16,000.00.  If any Vienna
Township ordinance cases proceed to hearing, trial, appeal, the Township will be billed an hourly rate
of $100.00.  Mr. Carey will not be required to attend township board meetings unless requested by the
Board .

1. Chief Bronson, Appreciation Resolution, No. 12-04-06-119.  Moved by Fuller, seconded by 
Luttenbacher to pass the resolution.

Nays- None Motion passed
2. Rezoning Ordinance, No. 375, 12073 and 12057 Saginaw, from C-2 (General Commercial District) to
RU-1 (One family residential district) final reading.  Moved by Scott, seconded by Ridley to adopt the
resolution.  The new owners are aware that something objectionable could move into that area at
anytime.

3. Holiday dates.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Luttenbacher to adopt the dates for 2007.

4. Township Board meeting dates.  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Zinn to adopt the meeting 
dates. All in favor
5. Board member reappointments.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Luttenbacher to approve the reappoint-
ments. All in favor
6. Streetlighting resolution No. 12-04-06-120, 11486 Jennings Road.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Scott
to adopt the resolution.

Nays - None Motion passed
8. Miss Dig staking service.  Moved by Taylor, seconded by Scott to approve using Miss Dig staking
service at the cost of $650.00 per month.

Motion denied
9. McCord/Davis property dispute.  It was decided to have McCord get the building completed according
to the building codes.  After that is done the Township will reevaluate at that time.
