stated his concerns with Monster Auto.
The salvage yard is not complying |

with the noise ordinance. The residents have an injunction with Mr.
Hetzer stating that no junk can be |

kept in front of the gate
and there is constantly junk in front of the property. The fence that Mr. Hetzer |
|
|
was ordered to install by
the township is not finished yet. Mr.
Allen would like the township to check |
|
|
to make sure that the
fence is in the correct place. Many
residents are unhappy with the junk and |
|
|
glass that end up in
their drives and roadways. |

Prosecuting Attorney, moved by
Fuller, seconded by Zinn to contract with Attorney Leo Carey for one |

year, beginning January 1,
2007. Mr. Carey will charge a flat
annual rate of $16,000.00. If any

hearing, trial, appeal, the Township will be billed an hourly rate |

|
of $100.00. Mr. Carey will not be required to attend
township board meetings unless requested by the |
