Roll Call:	Present:	Supervisor Belill, Treasurer Luttenbacher, Clerk Scott
		Trustees:  Fuller, Ridley, Taylor, Zinn
Previous Minutes:		December 7, 2009,  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Ridley to approve the minutes with the
		correction on the Mass Transportation report. The report should read that the MTA is
		purchasing property on Vienna Road by the Shell Station, for a service station.
Bills:		Bills in the amount of $24,461.78 were presented to the board.  Moved by Luttenbacher,
		seconded by Scott to approve the bills as presented.
		ROLL CALL:	Yeas - Scott, Luttenbacher, Fuller, Ridley, Taylor, Zinn, Belill
			Nays - None					Motion passed
Treasurer's Report:		Luttenbacher presented the report for November, 2009.
Fire Authority Report:		Zinn reported that the Authority is looking into purchasing a Rescue/Pumper truck.  The
		truck will be a dual duty truck.
Library Report:		Zinn reported that there was no quorum at the meeting.
Supervisor's Report:		Belill stated that Daryl Vanella was hired as Director of the Clio Area Senior Center.

Correspondence		None
Public Comment:		Roy Seary, 4215 Wilson, said that he has been to the Township approximately 24 times to
		see the Supervisor to get answers to questions.  He has yet to receive a reply back.
Unfinished Business:		None
New Business:
	1.	Budget adjustments for 2009.  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Zinn to approve the
		adjustments presented.

			Nays - None					Motion passed
	2.	Supervisor's 2010 compensation, (Resolution No. 12-21-09-24)  Moved by Scott, seconded
		Luttenbacher to rescind the salary amount from $28,412.00 to $14,206.00.

			Nays - None
			Abstained - Ridley, Taylor, Belill					Motion passed
	3.	Clerk's 2010 compensation, (Resolution No. 12-21-09-25).  Moved by Zinn, seconded by
		Fuller to approve the resolution.

			Nays - Belill					Motion passed
	4.	Treasurer's 2010 compensation, (Resolution NO. 12-21-09-26).  Moved by Scott, seconded
		by Taylor to approve the resolution.

			Nays - None

	5.	Trustee's 2010 compensation, (Resolution No. 12-21-09-27).  Moved by Scott, seconded by
		Luttenbacher to approve the resolution .

			Nays - Fuller					Motion passed
	6.	Employee compensation.  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Zinn to approve the 2010
		compensation as corrected.

			Nays - None					Motion passed
	7.	2010 Contract for the Building Inspector.  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Ridley to
		renew the contract, the same as the 2009 contract.

			Nays - Fuller					Motion passed
	8.	2010 Contract for the Assessor. Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Zinn to renew
		the contract, the same as the 2009 contract.
