Roll Call: Present: Belill, Scott, Luttenbacher, Fuller, Ridley, Taylor, Zinn
Absent: None All present
Previous Minutes: January 4, 2010.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Taylor to approve the minutes as presented.  Zinn
stated that a correction needs to be made to Taylors comment.  Taylor stated that he feels that the
heavy trucks should stay on Class A roads. All in favor
Bills: Bills in the amount of 16,480.74 were presented.  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Zinn to approve
the bills as presented.

Nays - None Motion passed
Building Report: Palmer presented the report for 2009.  Construction for 2009 was up slightly compared to 2008.  There
was a total of 172 permits pulled in 2009.
Treasurer's Report: Luttenbacher presented the report.  Revenue sharing will be down 12% for 2010.
Fire Authority Report: Zinn stated that the bid sheets for the Rescue/Pumper truck have gone out.  Bids will be accepted
untill March 1, 2010.
Changes to agenda: Charitable Gaming License, (Resolution No. 02-01-10-01)

Public Comment:
1. Sue Newman, 13120 Cottonwood, asked the Supervisor why it is illegal for a Supervisor to change
her wage.  She stated that if in fact it is illegal for the wage to be changed then why is it legal to
change the benefits for the board members.
2. Doug Smallidge, 14078 Webster Rd., would like the blight policed more closely.  He feels that if the
blight is taken care of, it would help the property values.
Presentation: Genesee County Commissioner, Archie Bailey presented Chief Domerese with a Resolution for his
service during the fire on August 4, 2009.  Chief Domerese served with distinction, courage and
composure during the crisis at the White Oil fire.
Commissioner Bailey also spoke about the Genesee Health Plan.

New Business:
1. Charitable Gaming License, (Resolution No. 02-01-10-01).  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Ridley to 
approve the resolution.

2. Poppy sale.  Moved by Scott, seconded by Taylor to allow the American Legion Auxiliary to sell
poppies on April 22, 23 & 24, 2010. All in favor
3. Education request for a Zoning Board of Appeals member.  Moved by Ridley, seconded by 
Luttenbacher to pay for the education class, plus mileage.

Nays - Fuller Motion passed
4. Education request for the Building Department secretary.  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Zinn 
to pay for the education class, plus mileage.

Nays - Fuller Motion passed
5. Senior Van repair.  Moved by Ridley, seconded by Zinn to pay up to $853.14 to repair the van.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - None
Nays - Ridley, Taylor, Zinn, Belill, Scott, Luttenbacher, Fuller Motion denied
6. 2010 Road Projects.  It was the consensus of the board that no action will be taken for road repair.
