| Treasurer's Report: | Luttenbacher presented the report. The Township received the last revenue sharing check of the | |||||||||
| year 2009, in the amount of $148,290.00. | ||||||||||
| Fire Authority Report: | Zinn reported that the Fire Authority approved it's budget. Bids have been taken for the new truck and | |||||||||
| will be opened on Tuesday, March 2, 2010. The State is mandating that the communication systems | ||||||||||
| be replaced by 2013. The cost for the replacements is estimated to be $12,000.00. The Authority | ||||||||||
| will be looking into grants to cover that cost. | ||||||||||
| Library Report: | Zinn reported that the Library Board also approved it's budget. The library is looking at costs to repair | |||||||||
| the roof of the building. Circulation is up 8% from last years numbers. | ||||||||||
| Supervisor's Report: | Belill stated that Michigan Department of Transportation is looking at resurfacing the Park and Ride at | |||||||||
| Vienna and Linden Roads in 2014. In 2012 they will look at resurfacing Vienna Road, Linden to | ||||||||||
| Brent Run Creek. | ||||||||||

| $500.00, under the conditions that Thetford Twp., City of Clio and the Clio Area School contributes | ||||||||||
| $500.00 also. | ||||||||||

| Luttenbacher would like the board to hold a Budget Review workshop the end of April or the beginning | ||||||||||
| of May. | ||||||||||
| Fuller agrees that the Township needs to stay ahead of the budget problems | ||||||||||
| Ridley would like to know how much the Township is going to lose from the property taxes. She | ||||||||||
| would also like the board to evaluate the cost of educational classes. | ||||||||||
| Ridley feels that the new Senior Center Director is doing a wonderful job. He brings many services to | ||||||||||
| the center. | ||||||||||
