Roll Call:	Present:	Belill, Luttenbacher, Fuller, Ridley, Taylor,Zinn
	Absent:	Scott
Previous Minutes:		February 10, 2010.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Ridley to approve the minutes with the correction
		to the Senior Center Director's contract.  Taylor voted against approving the contract.
									All in favor
Bills:		Bills in the amount of $2,642.74 were presented.  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Zinn to
		approve the bills as presented.
		ROLL CALL:	Yeas - Fuller, Ridley, Taylor, Zinn, Belill, Luttenbacher
			Nays - None						Motion passed
Building Report:		Palmer presented the report for February, 2010.  Building is still down.
Treasurer's Report:		Luttenbacher presented the Treasurer's report for February, 2010.
Supervisor's Report:		Belill stated that a letter was received from Senator Cherry's office concerning the "Firefighter's Training
		Council Act".  A resolution was passed by the board opposing the fees proposed for training and
		other  changes to the Firefighter's Training Council Act proposed for 2011.  Senator Cherry stated
		that she will consider the resolution when the bill gets to the senate.

Public Comment:
	1.	Frank Lemieux,11155 N. Jennings, would like the Township to update the web-site.
	2.	Harry Wagner, C&M Ambulance rep., invited the board to a Rescue Extraction Class, April 11, 2010,
		9 - 2 p.m., at Fireman's Park on Wilson and Vienna Rd.

New Business:
	1.	Weed and Feed bid for the Senior Center.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Taylor to have Clio Lawn Care
		apply 2 applications of Weed and Feed at the Center.

	2.	Weed and Feed bid for the Township Hall.  Moved by Ridley, seconded by Taylor to have Clio Lawn
		Care apply 2 applications of Weed and Weed at the Township Hall.

			Nays - Belill, Luttenbacher, Fuller, Ridley						Motion denied
	3.	CGI Communications, Community Tour Agreement.  After discussion it was decided to bring the item
		back for discussion and possible approval at the next meeting.
	4.	Google fiber support.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Taylor to send a letter to Google stating the
		Townships support for bringing the Google Fiber to Genesee Community.

	5.	Senior Center.  Ridley stated that the Senior Center meetings have been changed to the third
		Monday of the month, at 10 a.m. at the Senior Center.
		The Senior Center board decided to raise the rental rates by $10.00 per hour.  $10.00 will be given
		to Vienna Township to help pay for utilities.
		There was discussion about why a volunteer was being paid at the center.  The board was told that
		the assistant was off work due to a family emergency and that the director had prior responsibilities.
		It was discussed as to why the director was hired as full-time, when he has prior engagements and
		is not available to work during normal hours.  It was suggested that the director and assistant director
		fill out a weekly schedule for the following week and present it to the board.  Belill stated that she will
		make sure that the board members get a copy.
		Moved by Fuller, seconded by Luttenbacher to have the Senior Director use a time clock and work
		part-time until he can commit to working full time.

			Nays - Ridley, Zinn, Belill						Motion denied
	6.	Budget workshop.  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Zinn to hold a "Budget Workshop" on
		Wednesday, April 7, 2010, at 4 p.m.  The workshop will be published in the Genesee County Herald.

Board Comments:		Zinn stated that he voted against having the director go to part-time because he would like to give the
		director a second chance at accountability.
Moved to adjourn at 7:15.
