| Bills: | Bills in the amount of $4,221.90 were presented. Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by | ||||||||

| Building Report: | Palmer presented the report for February 2009. | ||||||||
| Fire Authority Report: | Luttenbacher stated that Station #1's roof is leaking. There has been issues with the | ||||||||
| building since it was built and the Authority would like the Township to take the lead with | |||||||||
| getting the problems solved. | |||||||||
| Additions: | Peterson / Hobson road signs. | ||||||||
| Comments: | Kim Uhelski, 13419 N. Saginaw Rd., has been having ongoing issues with the junk yard | ||||||||
| next to her. She would like to township's help to resolve the matter. | |||||||||
| New Business: | |||||||||
| 1. | Library budget, 2009 & 2010. The budget for the Library was discussed. | ||||||||
| 2. | "Bikin for Burns" road race, Resolution No. 03-16-09-07. Moved by Luttenbacher, | ||||||||
| seconded by Zinn to adopt the resolution. | |||||||||

| 3. | Vienna Township Ordinance Amendment, 1st reading. Moved by Zinn, seconded by | ||||||||
| Luttenbacher to suspend from the reading. | All in favor | ||||||||
| 4. | Peterson Drive road sign. There is no sign at Peterson and Vienna Road. After discussion | ||||||||
| it was the consensus of the board to have the Building Inspector contact the G.C. Road | |||||||||
| Commission about putting a sign at that intersection, with no cost to the township. | |||||||||
| Comments from | Senior Center liaison Ridley stated that the Senior Center Audit should be completed by | ||||||||
| the Board: | the end of April. She also stated the the Senior Board made a policy that the electronic | ||||||||
| sign at the center would only be used for Senior Center activities. | |||||||||
