In the absence of the Supervisor, Luttenbacher was appointed Chairperson
Previous Minutes:		April 7, 2008.  Moved by Fuller, seconded by Taylor to approve the minutes as presented.
								All in favor
Bills:		Bills in the amount of $8,068.60 were presented.  Moved by Ridley, seconded by Scott to pay the
		bills in the amount presented.
		ROLL CALL:	Yeas - Luttenbacher, Fuller, Ridley, Taylor, Scott
			Nays - None					Motion passed
Treasurer's Report:		Luttenbacher presented the report for March 31, 2008.
Changes to agenda:		None
Public Comment:		None
Correspondence:		Clerk Scott read a letter from Fay Latture, Superintendent of Clio Schools, expressing her appreciation
		for the efforts Det. Sgt. Pyles, the Clio Area Fire Authority and C & M Ambulance devoted to the
		planning and execution of the mock disaster drill at Clio High School on April 9, 2008.
Unfinished Business:		None
New Business:
	1.	Road Project, Saginaw Road, Clio to Willard.  Moved by Taylor, seconded by Ridley to accept
		the Business Development Authority's offer to pay the townships portion of the project ($29,000.00)
		to resurface the 14000 block of North Saginaw, Clio to Willard.

			Nays - None					Motion passed
	2.	National Bike to Work Week and Smart Commute Week, Resolution No. 04-21-08-10.  Moved by
		Scott, seconded by Ridley to pass the resolution.
		ROLL CALL:	Yeas - Ridley, Taylor, Scott, Luttenbacher, Fuller
			Nays - None					Motion passed
	3.	2008 Dust Control Program.  Genesee County Road Commission will assume 100%
		of the cost of materials for the first application.  The Township feels that there is a need for
		two additional applications, 100% of the cost for the additional applications will be at Vienna expense.
		Moved by Fuller, seconded by Scott to agree to the 2008 Dust Control program at the cost of
		$11,119.60.
