Previous Minutes: March 15, 2010.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Luttenbacher to approve the minutes as presented.
All in favor
Bills: Bills in the amount of $9,453.57 were presented.  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Zinn to
approve the bills as presented.

Supervisor's Report: Belill stated that from May 30, 2010 thru September 6, 2010 the G.C. District Libraries will be closed
on Sundays.  Belill announced that the road restrictions have been lifted.  To report pot-holes, you
can go to gcrc.org.

Correspondence: None
Public Comment: Frank Lemieux, 11155 Jennings Rd., would like to see the garbage trucks and school buses stay off
the side of the roads.  The weight of the vechicles are tearing up the edges of the roads.
Unfinished Business: CGI Communications, Community Video Tour Agreement.  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Zinn
to sign the agreement with CGI and participate in the video community tour.

New Business:
1. Public hearing, April 19, 2010, 5:30 p.m. Reset the Special Assessment District for Anderson Ct. and
Alexander St.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Luttenbacher to set the Public hearing.

2. 2010 Chloride project costs.  Moved by Ridley, seconded Taylor to contract with the G.C. Road
Commission for one application of 38% chloride at the cost of $6,751.50.  With the purchase of one
application, the county will give one application at no cost.

3. Sexual Assault Awareness Month, (Resolution No. 04-05-10-04).  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Scott
to adopt the resolution.

Nays - None Motion passed
4. Tacoma Falls support.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Taylor to support the Toaster Volleyball
Tourney Committee in appling for various grants available in the State of Michigan.

5. Northern Tiers combination of services.  Moved by Belill, seconded by Zinn to have Vienna Township
support the Regional Planning Commission in researching and to investigate combining police and or
any other services that would mutually benefit the municipalities of Vienna Township, City of Clio,
Thetford Township, Forest Township, Montrose Township, City of Montrose (the Northern Tier).

Board Comments:
Ridley stated that the Community Wide Yard Sale will be held June 17 thru 20, 2010.  The cost to
advertise for the sale is $5.00.  Checks should be made out to Kathy Ridley, or cash is accepted.
