Roll Call: Present: Belill, Scott, Luttenbacher, Fuller, Ridley, Taylor, Zinn
Absent: None
Previous Minutes: May 4, 2010. Moved by Zinn, seconded by Ridley to approve the minutes as presented.
All in favor
Bills: Bills in the amount of $4,151.49 were presented.  Two additional bills were presented to the board.
The total amount of bills presented to the board was $12,281.49.  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded
by Ridley to approve the bills as presented.

Building Report: Palmer reported that the Preliminary plans for a Senior Housing Complex have been approved by the
Planning Commission and will go to the Planning Commission for final approval soon.
Treasurer's Report: Luttenbacher presented the Treasurer's report for April, 2010.
Fire Authority: Zinn reported that the new truck that was ordered will be delivered in October.
Library Report: Zinn stated that the roof was installed on the library.  Use on the library continues to grow.
Senior Report: The director reported that the senior board continues to work on procedures for the center.
Additions 
or Changes Township summer hours.
Correspondence: Supervisor Belill read a copy of an email that was sent to Sheriff Pickell from a resident commending
the G.C. Sheriffs Department Sub-station in Vienna Township and Deputy Harrison for their service at
at an accident in the township.
Public Comment:
1. Audrey Howell, Clio Area Arts Society, announced that there will be a "Festival of Arts",  July 31, 2010,
from 9 until 5.  There will be exhibits, music and food venders throughout the day.  She is asking for
donations.
2. Cathy Gipson, 1275 W. Farrand Rd., asked how MMR Ambulance Service came to the township.
3. Robert Christian, C & M Supervisor, stated that C & M closed after being in Vienna Township for 43 
years.  He stated that he doesn't agree with the EMT services in Michigan.
Unfinished Business: Endorsement letter for MTA renewal millage vote for 4/10 of one mill on August 3, 2010.  Moved by
Luttenbacher, seconded by Zinn to endorse the MTA renewal millage.

New Business:
1. MMR letter of support.  Moved by Fuller, seconded by Zinn to support Mobile Medical Response, Inc.

Nays - Ridley, Taylor Motion passed
2. Public hearing, Montague Tool, tax abatement, (Resolution No. 05-17-10-08).  Moved by Zinn, 
seconded by Taylor to open the public hearing at 6:25 p.m. All in favor
Public comment: None
Moved by Zinn, seconded by Scott to close the public hearing at 6:28 p.m. All in favor
Moved by Zinn, seconded by Luttenbacher to approve the resolution 5 years.

Nays - Ridley Motion passed
3. Glen Arbor of Gleaner's Life Insurance Society Clio Fireman's race, Resolution No. 05-17-10-09.
Moved by Scott, seconded by Taylor to approve the resolution.

Nays - None Motion passed
4. Reward program.  The recycling reward program was discussed.  It was decided not to participate
in the program at this time.
5. Summer hours.  Moved by Belill, seconded by Zinn to set the summer hours, June 1, 2010 thru
August 31, 2010, as follows:
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday closed

Board Comment:
Zinn stated that the "Friends of the Library" raised over $600.00 at its book sale.
Luttenbacher would like the 2009 audit approved at the next meeting.
Scott reported that there will be a "Free tire disposal day", May 26, 2010, from 9 a.m. till 6 p.m.
The disposal day is restricted to Vienna Township residents, with a limit of 5 tires per resident.
Moved to adjourn at 6:55 p.m.
