Roll Call: Present: Belill, Scott, Luttenbacher, Ridley, Taylor, Zinn
Absent: Fuller
Previous Minutes: April 19, 2010.  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Zinn to approve the minutes as presented.
All in favor
Bills: Bills in the amount of $14,091.23 were presented.  $30.00 was removed from the bill from Doerr &
Doerr, for charges for the Fire Authority.  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Zinn to approve the
bills in the amount of $14,061.23.

Nays - None Motion passed
Supervisor's Report: Belill stated that the residents that went to Ireland are back home.

Correspondence: None
Public Comment: Dick Taylor, 545 Allen, supports C & M Ambulance service and would like the board to also support
C & M.
Unfinished Business: Public hearing, reset the Special Assessment District, Anderson Court and Alexander Street.  Moved 
by Scott, seconded by Zinn to open the public hearing at 5:50 p.m. All in favor
Letters were sent to 19 property owners.  11 letters were returned to the township.  9 property owners
were in favor of the assessment.  1 owner stated that no part of Alexander is on his property.  After
discussion it was determined that parcel number 18-15-200-090 will not be included in the reset
district.
The reset district will consist of 17 parcels.  The cost of the assessment is $6,836.31, which will be
divided between the 17 existing parcels.  Each parcel will be assessed at $402.13.
Public comment: None
Moved by Scott, seconded by Zinn to close the public hearing at 5:57 p.m. All in favor
Moved by Scott, seconded by Zinn to approve the Special Assessment District of Alexander Street
and Anderson Court, with omitting parcel number 18-15-200-090.

New Business:
1. Set a Public hearing, May 17, 2010, 5:30 p.m., Montague Tool & Manufacturing Co., tax abatement.
Moved by Zinn, seconded by Scott to set the public hearing. All in favor
2. Mass Transportation Authority Rep. Jim Grant.  Mr. Grant spoke about the vital role that public
transportation plays in the community providing opportunities for people from every part of G.C.
to get to jobs, appointments, school, etc.  In August, voters will be asked to approve a millage
renewal for MTA.  Mr. Grant asked that the township add its name as a supporter for the renewal
of the transportation millage.
Board Comments: Taylor stated that a resident complained about junk being dumped on his property.  Taylor would
like Palmer to check out the property and take care of the problem.
Moved to adjourn at 6:22.
