VIENNA TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING

Roll Call: Present: Supervisor Belill, Clerk Scott, Treasurer Luttenbacher
Trustees:  Fuller, Ridley, Taylor, Zinn
Previous Minutes: June 1, 2009.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Ridley to approve the minutes as presented.
All in favor
June 1, 2009. Closed session minutes.  Moved by Ridley, seconded by Taylor to approve
the minutes as presented. All in favor
Bills: Bills in the amount of $28,245.06 were presented.  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by 
Zinn to approve the bills as presented.  After discussion it was decided to remove the
following bills:  G.C. Road Commission for $2,605.29 and Clio Veterans Memorial Park for
$50.00.  The new total of the bills are $25,589.77.

Treasurer's Report: Luttenbacher presented the report for May 31, 2009
Fire Authority Report: Zinn reported that two of the trucks are in for repairs.  The Cost Recovery policy  
is working well.  The Authority recovered approximately $5,000.00 in May.
Library Report: Zinn stated that the door count and circulation is up at the library.
Additions: G.C. Road Agreement.  Farrand Road, Clio Road to Tuscola.
Comments:
1. Mike McGillis, 13212 Clio Rd. asked the Supervisor what her hours are.  He suggested
that the Supervisor post her hours on the door.
2. Herb Nelson, President of the Senior Center, stated that the audit for the center is still in 
progress.
3. Jeff Springgay, 11028 Kasteel Ct., stated that he spoke to the Township Board approx-
imately two months ago about his sewer/water bill.  He stated that he has not yet received 
response back from the Supervisor about the issue.
4. Bob Roman, 11058 Kasteel Ct., commented on the house on the corner of Wilson and
Clio Roads.  The house is in disarray.  The building inspector stated that if the house is
open and is a danger, the township can start the demolition process on the property.
New Business:
1. Transfer ownership of proposed 2009 Class C Business at 11578 N. Saginaw, Pine Run
Inn, Resolution No. 06-15-09-14.  Moved by Scott, seconded by Taylor to approve the
Resolution.

Nays - None Motion passed
2. An ordinance of the Charter Township of Vienna entitled "Public Safety and Fire Emergency
Response Cost Recovery Ordinance", Ordinance No. 397.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by
Ridley to adopt the ordinance.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - Taylor, Zinn, Belill, Scott, Luttenbacher, Fuller, Ridley
Nays - None Motion passed
3. G. C. Road Agreement.  Farrand Road, Clio to Tuscola.  Moved by Scott, seconded by
Ridley to approve the agreement, with the cost of the project being $20,132.25.
