Previous Minutes:		December 19, 2011.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Ridley to approve the minutes as presented.
								All in favor
Bills:		Bills in the amount of $35,737.60 were presented.  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Zinn to
		approve the bills as presented.
		ROLL CALL:	Yeas - Scott, Luttenbacher, Ridley, Taylor, Zinn, Belill
			Nays - None					Motion passed
Building Report:		There was $2,801.381.00 of building done in the township in 2011.
Fire Authority:		Chief Domerese informed the board about the Pre-set State Wide Mutual Aid Agreement.  The
		agreement is going country wide and needs to be in place by June, 2012.  The pre-set agreement will
		help coordinate the different authorities thru-out the State to work together in case of a disaster.  By
		having the plan in place it will also give the authority a better chance to receive grants.
Library Report:		The library will be having a book sale on Feb. 11, 2012.
Senior Report:		Harry Wagner, Clio Senior Center Board President, said that there will be a brunch on May 14, 2012,
		in honor of the Veterans.

New Business:
	1.	American Legion Post 158, Poppy Sale, April 26, 27, & 28, 2012.  Moved by Scott, seconded by
		Taylor to allow the American Legion Post to sell the poppies.							All in favor
	2.	G. C. Road Commission, 5 year plan.  Moved by Belill, seconded by Taylor to approve the agreement
		with changes from 10 days of ditching, to 5 days of ditching.
		ROLL CALL:	Yeas - Luttenbacher, Ridley, Taylor, Zinn, Belill, Scott
			Nays - None						Motion passed
	3.	Pre-set State Wide Mutual Aid agreement, Resolution No. 01-17-12-02.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by
		Taylor to adopt the resolution and sign the agreement.

			Nays - None						Motion passed
	4.	Fee schedule amendment, Cemetery fees, Resolution No. 01-17-12-01.  Moved by Scott, seconded by
		Ridley to adopt the resolution.

			Nays - None						Motion passed
	5.	2012 Poverty guidelines.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Ridley to approve the guidelines for 2012.
