| Public Comment: | Perry Belcher, Vienna Township, spoke concerning the Medical Marihuana business. He feels that | |||||||||
| the board should allow businesses that the residents support into the township | ||||||||||
| Unfinished Business: | ||||||||||
| Medical Marihuana. Attorney Doerr advised the board to go ahead with an ordinance to regulate and | ||||||||||
| control the growing, consumption, distribution, and delivery of medical marihuana in a manner that | ||||||||||
| protects the rights of citizens registered to do so. He presented the board with an amended | ||||||||||
| ordinance. | ||||||||||
| Eric Gunnels spoke to the board asking them to consider some changes to the ordinance. Attorney | ||||||||||
| Doerr stated that he does not agree with Gunnels suggestions and wants the ordinance to remain as | ||||||||||
| presented. | ||||||||||

| 1. | Amendment to Special Use Provisions of Zoning Ordinance to Regulate Medical Marihuana | |||||||||
| Dispensaries, 1st reading. Moved by Zinn, seconded by Luttenbacher to suspend from the reading. | ||||||||||
